Over the summer months the property has been set up as a wedding and functions venue catering for up to 100 guests. These functions include children’s birthday parties, corporate and hen's parties.

The main attraction of this business is the setting which provides a blank canvas for bridal couples to create a unique wedding that complements their personalities.

The pool, gardens and surrounding native bush lend themselves to the bridal party for photography and videos which we make available as a service that generates revenue. Editing and photoshop retouch can be done here in the studio as an additional service.

Each wedding has a marquee, table layout and set up chosen by the couple to suit the number and comfort of guests. Menus are chosen by the couple and provided by caterers.

The recording studio is also used by some brides or grooms for the recording of their vocals set to a music backing track of their choice to be played out as the bride or couple walk to the marble altar. Again another luxury service exclusive to this venue at Sanctuary and an additional form of income.

The area used for weddings is garden, stage and cabana bar and courtyard. The marble altar set on a heart of white pebbles is used for the saying of vowels.

 

The courtyard is the welcoming area where people gather and have a first drink before proceeding to the marquee.

The Cabana Bar is a rustic beach look like hut with fridge, stereo and funky lights. The ground is covered with silica sand.
